You can order on-line with our secure shopping cart. However, if you prefer, you can e-mail us with your order and we will then call you for your credit card details. Or, just call us directly at 817 261 1225, between 10am to 6pm Central time, Monday to Saturday with your order details.

I live in Dallas - can I order and pick up from your store in Arlington?
Yes. You can order on-line and then pick up. However, you may like to visit our Store to view all of the items we sell before you buy.

What is the cancellation policy?
If we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped, there is no charge. (However, please be advised that we do ship very quickly from our large warehouse inventory). We regret we cannot cancell orders after they ship.

At this time, trundles and drawers are not available.

We aim to accurately reflect the finish colors on all of our items - But, due to differences in monitor type / settings, Video cards and printers - colors may vary from what you see on your screen.

Do I have to pay extra for shipping insurance?
No - shipping insurance as well as "double boxing" of your bunk beds to prevent shipping damage is included in the shipping charge.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover), paypal, money orders and cashiers checks. Sorry, no personal checks.

Can I only pay on-line?
You can choose to pay on-line using either the Google checkout system or our own shopping cart. Or, if you prefer, call us at 817 261 1225 to pay by credit card over the phone.

For all orders shipped outside of Texas - No sales Tax. Pick ups at Arlington are charged at 8% - Deliveries to the rest of Texas - 8 1/4%

How will my order ship?
If you have ordered a mattress or other item in our store for delivery in the Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex, it will be delivered by our delivery team on our vehicles. Internet orders for bunk beds or Protect-a-Bed mattress and pillow protectors will be shipped via Fedex ground or home delivery.

How soon do you ship after I place my order?
Fedex pick up from us Monday to Friday. Normally, your item will ship within 2 business days of us receiving payment for the order. (for example, pay Monday morning - Fedex pick up Tuesday evening: pay Friday evening - Fedex pick up Monday evening)

What are your shipping charges?
For deliveries in the Arlington area, $40 - The rest of the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex, $55. For shipments of bunk beds, day beds and Protect-a-Bed covers throughout the US, please see the relevant page in our web-site for details. All Tempur-Pedic mattresses and pillows are delivered for FREE.

Will you pick up my old mattress?
Yes, but there is a disposal fee of $10. We would recomend that you contact Mission Arlington at 817 xxx xxxx. They will collect your old bed and give it to a family in need. Also, you will receive a receipt that you can use as a charitable tax deduction.

When can I expect delivery?
For local deliveries, we will agree a delivery time / day when you order. We will follow this up with a phone call to give you a 2 hour "window" to be ready for the delivery. For fedex shipments, you can normally expect the delivery to arrive 2 to 7 business days from day of shipment - dependent on the distance you live from Arlington, Texas. We will email you the Fedex tracking numbers the day after the order is picked up by Fedex. You can track the shipment at www.Fedex.com

Can you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Sorry, we cannot ship to APO / FPO addresses as our cartons are too large.

Can you ship to Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico / Virgin Islands or Canada?
Wih the exception of Protect-A-Bed covers (with a slightly increased shipping rate) we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or Canada. It is very expensive for the bulky items we sell + there are too many complications, delays in shipping, and lost items.

Will I save on shipping if I order more than one set of bunks?
Due to the large size of the cartons (max dimensions and weight for Fedex) we cannot combine shipments. However, please contact us so we can review your mutiple item order to see if there is an opportunity to offer a shipping discount. For local deliveries in the DFW area, our delivery charge is one fee irrespective of the number of items delivered.

What is the returns policy?
Due to the large size of most of the items we sell and the high cost of shipping, all sales are final - no exchanges, refunds or replacements. All of the merchandise that we ship to you is inspected thoroughly to ensure that there are no defects at the time of shipping. Unless specifically stated, there are no Manufacturers warranties.

What happens if the item is delivered damaged?
In the rare situation that you experience damage in the shipping process, do not refuse the delivery as all items are insured . Please notify us within 3 days of the receipt of delivery if you experience any damage - we will file a claim with the carrier and replace any damaged parts as quickly as possible. To expediate the claims process, please email us a photo of the damaged part, along with it's part number from the instruction sheet. It is also very important that you keep the damaged part and all of the packaging as we will need this for the claims process.

If I do not like the product, can I return it?
Our prices are extremely low and therefore we do not accept returns as the shipping charges from us and back to us + restocking fees would leave you with very little refund. However, you can buy from us confident that you are receiving a great product at exceptional value. We have sold thousands of bunk beds on the internet and our customers are extremely satisfied with both the quality and service our family owned and operated business provides.
