I live in Dallas - can I order and pick up from your warehouse ?
Yes. You can order on-line, but we do not allow pick ups. All of our prices include free shipping in the Dallas - Ft Worth metroplex . This link will give you a map of our

What is the cancellation policy?
If we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped, there is no charge. (However, please be advised that we do ship very quickly from our large warehouse inventory). We regret we cannot cancel orders after they ship.

How soon do you ship after I place my order?
We normally deliver within 2 business days (Monday to Friday - excludes Saturday and Sunday) using our Courier Service. Normal delivery hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. We will call you the day before to confirm the delivery date (for some small items, we use UPS ground delivery - they will leave your item at your front door if you are not at home. UPS do not call before delivery). If you did not provide a phone number with your order please email us a contact phone number

Will you pick up my old mattress?
No - our courier service are not able to pick up old mattresses. We would recommend that you contact Mission Arlington at 817 277 6620 (or there are many other charities in the Metroplex that are desperate for beds). They will collect your old bed and give it to a family in need. Also, you will receive a receipt that you can use as a charitable tax deduction.

Will I save on shipping if I order more than one set of bunks?
Our prices include delivery in DFW - as we pay our courier service by weight, there are no savings for combining orders.

Will they set up my mattress / bunk bed?
We would prefer that someone be home to accept your delivery. The courier service will call you approx 30 minutes from when they expect to arrive. The courier driver will deliver your order to your front door or garage, they will not enter your house and they do not assemble or set up furniture or beds. If you are not home, they will usually leave the items at your front door.

What is the returns policy?
Returns are permitted for items that have not been assembled and are in their original packaging. Credit will be for the cost of goods less a 15% restocking fee to offset our actual delivery costs. Customer is responsible for returning the item to us. Returns are not permitted for mattresses or mattress protectors.

What happens if the item is delivered damaged?
All of the merchandise that we ship to you is inspected thoroughly to ensure that there are no defects at the time of shipping. Unless specifically stated, there are no Manufacturers warranties. In the rare situation that you experience damage in the delivery process, do not refuse the delivery as all items are insured . Please notify us within 3 days of the receipt of delivery if you experience any damage - we will file a claim with the carrier and replace any damaged parts as quickly as possible. To expedite the claims process, please email us a photo of the damaged part, along with it's part number from the instruction sheet. It is also very important that you keep the damaged part and all of the packaging as we will need this for the claims process.
