This bunk bed model has been tested by an independent laboratory and is in compliance with the ASTM F-1427 standard consumer safety specification for bunk beds and the government code of federal regulations 1213 and 1513.
Solid Brazilian Pine.
Finish is child-safe and lead free.
All wood is fully sanded and protected with a clean smooth coating to prevent cracks and splinters.
Top and bottom beds are joined and secured by dowel pins and screws providing maximum stability.
Set includes (4) Side Rails (2) Head Boards (2) Foot Boards (1) Ladder (26) Wood Slats. Guard Rails on both sides for the top bunk.
Dimensions are approx 62" high x 80" long x 42.5" wide.
Hardware and instructions included - some assembly required.
This bunk bed normally ships with 8 slats. This auction includes an additional 18 FREE SLATS for a total of 26 slats to make this bed safe and ready for any twin mattress. No need for bunkie boards or bunkie mattresses.
If you do not need the extra slats please deduct $15 from the shipping - However, for your childs safety it is necessary for you to use additional support (bunkie boards, bunkie mattresses or a slat kit) before your child uses this bunk.
If you pick up at our store there is a $15 charge for the extra slats - or you may prefer to buy bunkie boards or a bunkie mattress (sorry, we cannot ship bunkie boards or mattresses - too big for Fedex).
